2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins, chopped dates or chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (gf if required)
3 tbsp almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and prepare a baking tray with greaseproof paper
2. Mash bananas in a bowl
3. Mix in all other ingredients
4. Leave for 10 minutes so mixture is easier to form into cookies 
5. Scoop a teaspoon of mixture, roll into a ball, place on baking tray and squish down into a cookie shape. Mixture should make around 12 cookies.
6. Bake in over for around 15 minutes
7. Leave to cool
